Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Case Manager to support our clients and stakeholders across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire case process, from the initial client meeting to placement and post servicing. The Case Manager will work closely with our consultants and provide administrative support.

  • Manage the end-to-end case process from the initial client meeting to placement, and post servicing
  • Support consultants in the preparation of quotations, product comparison and marketing materials for client meetings
  • Facilitate the arrangement of client medical examinations and assist in preparing pre-submission documentation
  • Liaise with insurers for case submissions and follow-up on underwriting.
  • Work closely with consultants and external stakeholders (i.e., bankers, wealth planners, insurers, trustees, and EAMs) to establish policy ownership and arrange for collateral premium financing
  • Assist consultants to facilitate the timely completion of all client policy servicing requirements and completion of annual reviews
  • Ensure client documentations are complete, aligned and satisfied with internal & insurance company compliance and due diligence as well as regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline and bank activity
  • Execute assigned operational duties and tasks according to established standard operating procedures
  • Undertake ad-hoc operational projects


Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken and written Japanese to communicate with Japanese stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function effectively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to work and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and under tight deadlines
