Full job description
- Reporting to General Manager of International Sales
- Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Preparing data sets for Management reporting and internal controls
- Oversee and be operational in the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Take a lead in the Sales Support Division within the International Business Department
- Uphold SOP processes and standard Support the International Business Department in Admin matters and controls.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Business or its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment Good communication & listening skills
5 days work week
Woodland. (Co. tpt pick up at designated MRT station)
