Everyday I issue the invoices and make sure that every latest Purchase Orders are being processed and cleared to avoid any delivery delay. It can give the customer satisfactions through online orders. Regarding teamwork, we help each other in need. When my accounts executive needs help due to tighter deadline, I help out as a first priority and my own tasks can be done later because they are not urgent. For Admin and HR colleague, I help in administrative works and do the paperwork to ease the burden and meet deadline on time. The hardest part of the job is to press the customers for the payments which are overdue and deal with the PO buyers who had put the wrong prices in the Purchase Orders. I must check prices carefully and remind them about range discount or the updated prices. The most enjoyable part of job is to learn new tasks as a good opportunity and new skill. I can apply them for the future jobs. It is a good benefit.
