What is the best part of working at the company?The archiving team that I worked with.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I did not have a lot of stress working here.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very welcoming and able to learn.What is a typical day like for you at the company?For me it was archiving large amounts of Lotus Notes databases.

High turn over rate, people in and out easily. The company only hires contract workers for the time being due to changes are very fast. Different region uses different systems.

Changes on work process is very dynamic. Turn over is high. Company decided to retrench 2000 employees worldwide recently. Inconsistent workload Company is still currently using a very ERP system.

Nice and comfortable pantry, staff shop with staff discount

A good company but heading towards the wrong direction

Overall a good company but too many bad decisions from the management team resulting in massive layoffs and very morale from those who stayed.Everyone is wondering who's next and living in constant fear is very unhealthy.Progression and promotion is not really based on merits but the number of years in the company.
