Innovative MNC with a high employee loyalty
Optimized Operation Engineer (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 21, 2012
3M is very proud of its variety of high quality and high price products. The company has invested a large percentage of its profit in R & D center to have new products coming every year or even every quarter.Employees in 3M easily have worked in the company over 10 years. They have a high loyalty in the company, which makes the company stable in organization. Employees have opportunity to rotate to a different position every two years or similar position but different product families.
