Was ok.. boring job in my department.. poor night shift premium.. Poor morale at times. poor supervision in the department I was in. good benefits, hourly wage was decent. a lot of OT.

Easy work, good pay

Really easy job. Training could be better. People are laid back no problems there. Wish pay was weekly and benefits are better then most. Would recommend.

Poorly managed, revolving door for employees. Speak your mind and find yourself without a job. Powder over people is the motto. No safety training. Fire escape training for office people only. Production is to important to stop and train production employees on evacuation routes. If your thinking about working here, save yourself the headache and bag ice at buccees. Nothing against 3m just 3m Angleton. Over 600 people have been throughout this plant. They only employee 80 employees and have only been open 3 years. See the problem?

Lots of overtime. Great people to work with

I really did like my job here. The people are friendly but supervisors aren't very helpful. HR is on corporates side and not yours. As of Dec 8th I will be terminated for refusal of the Mandated Vaccination along with many others. Management cannot answer many of our questions about the mandate and refuse to put up much of a fight to keep us employed. They've already posted many of our jobs. Federal Contractor Company

They don't care about employees

thought this was going to be the job I retired with. Til I found out money is more important than employees. HR is a joke and communication is lacking. Basically the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, but both think they are more important and that leaves the employee in the dark.
