Excellent company
I learnt how to do sales and to share with others the benefits of insurance. The colleagues are very helpful and the management would go at lengths to help you succeed in the business. However, this job is not for those who are unable to speak to strangers or cannot accept a pay that is dependent on commission as the insurance industry is not an easy pie to eat. Competition amongst other companies is strong and if you have zero sales, you dont get paid. If you are charismatic and have a strong driven personality, this job is definitely for you. The salary and benefits are very exciting and it is not impossible to get rich through this job.
Pros
Loads of outings that are high class and paid for
Cons
You dont close sales, you dont get paid. No matter how many hours you work.

Worst Experience
I was a fresh graduate when I joined one of AXA agency. The way they described the job was like a dream, you help people and you will earn a lot of money. However, when I joined. The target given was unrealistic (for a fresh graduate), very little guidance from the manager. Worst working experience I ever had. Everyday was filled with pressure but no help from the company, they only demand for 'sales' and they don't care on how you do it. The salary package was also confusing, looks like they try to scam you.
