They act like they care but they dont

They a real always making changes. They will make a change and later count you off and say that it was specific to what they want but did tell you the specifics of it until they count you off and make you lose money

Lose money over everything, get counted off for not meeting their specific wants, Changes things to make you get counted off and lose money on incentives, Give gifts to make up for money they should give their workers

Efficiency and Impressions

Day to day handling a lot of documents, checks for samples and inventory.I learned a lot on document control and gdp when it comes to documentation.Management is not directly involved and relies on gossip for impressions.Workplace culture is pretty toxic as your impressions is based on other people’s gossip.Hardest part of the job is if you are not efficient, you are not doing your job.The most enjoyable part is sleeping on the bus on the way home. As frankly it is mentally exhausting to work with various personalities and work patterns.

Work is distributed by cordinated which is great, turnover rate is low and the conversion rate is low. Cullture is quite unique, the Abbvie way. Management is per usual, report to coordinator and supervisor and then to manager.Most enjoyable part: the people and training opportunities.Hardest part: when people take your opportunity to their advantage.

Canteen onsite, apple discount, shuttle bus services, health screening.

Cons

After hour calls and messages, subtle bias attitudes.

I've enjoyed the ability to work from home, however I wish that I could do it full-time. It's kind of unorganized, I'll come in and see that training has been added to my calendar for the day but no one told me that I was enrolled in training. Has a very strict call center attitude for people who work inbound.

Productive and fun workpla

Multi tasked multiple projects as an intern and coordinated with contractors during execution of the project whilst minimising manufacturing downtime. Coordinated with external vendors to purchase parts and equipment required for maintenance, upgrades and modifications.

The day starts with a kick off meeting, plan the days job. Prepare for the days work activity once the permit is issued form the area owner or operation people. Some trouble shooting activities new to us which we learn and share the knowledge what we have learned with our mates. Our site have a people from all round the globe, nice and happy environment. But even though we enjoy our work some time we feel harder to satisfy the operation or manufacturing people with their issues. Most enjoyable part is when we completed our work and the system working fine & normal.
