I was a college graduate enrolled to Accenture Off Campus in 2010. They have a stringent Campus hiring process from graduates
1. Must be IT related graduate (4 year course) with computer and logic subjects
2. Should pass the exam and interviews

Either you walked in, thru referrals from employees, or thru online application
For fresh graduates, there will be an assessment test followed by a series of interviews.
For experience hires, there will be a technical interview followed by closing interview to be led by a senior manager or a director.
