It is a project based job. Most of the job offer contract roles and the pay is below the market rate. It is hard to negotiate with management for perm and increase salary. The management is bad as they are not transparent.

Satisfaction largely depends on which client and manager/managing director you land with on your first job. Highly hierarchical for private sector.
