Bad Management and no job security
Analyst (Former Employee) - Singapore - October 3, 2023
It is a project based job. Most of the job offer contract roles and the pay is below the market rate. It is hard to negotiate with management for perm and increase salary. The management is bad as they are not transparent.
Pros
Health Insurance
Cons
Contract role

Client focused company
Analyst (Former Employee) - Bugis - December 2, 2018
Satisfaction largely depends on which client and manager/managing director you land with on your first job.
Highly hierarchical for private sector.
Political environment makes it difficult to move around.
Contractors are second class for everything except for workload - performance review/career progression/hr contact/laptop/benefits/flights/limited access to recreational club events.
Only for the brave hearted and super eager to please.
Cons
Your life is for the client.
