Didn't have the best experience in accenture as work hours are long and sometimes staff are unwilling to guide you when in doubt. Just felt that better support and check ins for interns could have been offered

OK as a SAP vendor Placement group

Good working culture. Intra- and Inter-project technical help and support Weekly Workload famously heavy Good support for placement of longterm staff.

Great Workplace

You have to have the eagerness to learn new things. The company offers those training's and certifications. They also offer benefits that no other companies in the Philippines can offer

Intern in Singapore Office

Overall decent culture though the Singaporean way is very rigid. People are nice but the workload is high even by consulting standards. The Singapore work culture is brutal and may not be reflective of Accenture USA.

Colleagues were supportive and nice. However, most employees need to work for quite a long time. It is hard to promote. Salary is around the average in the market.

Here, I have learned how to code using Informatica language. I have also understand how ETL works.The management is good because it gives you good benefits. The workplace is fun because of my coworkers

A wonderful environment to work

I truly appreciated my role in that company because I was able to expand my horizon and be able to apply my knowledge in my daily assignments. Besides that, I have absorbed the struggle to work under pressure which I believe it’s a plus point.

very bad

It was an extremely bad experience. The team leader we had is full of lies and empty promises. The management had no plan for us and left us no choice but to leave after the team leader bailed us. Eventually, the entire team including me left the company in full disappointment.

Colleagues & Job are good but benefit is bad

Accenture benefit for contactor is very bad, you get under pay every month as compare to permanent and only get 1 month bonus no matter how much your contribution is, overall job and colleagues are good but benefit is bad,

Client focused company

Satisfaction largely depends on which client and manager/managing director you land with on your first job. Highly hierarchical for private sector. Political environment makes it difficult to move around. Contractors are second class for everything except for workload - performance review/career progression/hr contact/laptop/benefits/flights/limited access to recreational club events. Only for the brave hearted and super eager to please.
