Unpleasant experience
Internship (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 14, 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedDidn't have the best experience in accenture as work hours are long and sometimes staff are unwilling to guide you when in doubt. Just felt that better support and check ins for interns could have been offered

Awesome Company
HCM Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager (Current Employee) - Central Singapore - February 8, 2018
Accenture is a wonderful company that focuses on employees. The management has an open door policy and any one from the company is welcome to talk to the Managing Directors directly without any hesitation. With one the the strongest HR policies in place that promote equality, fairness, and no discrimination whatsoever in terms of Gender, Nationality, Race, Color and Orientation.

Standard
Media Operations Specialist (Current Employee) - Singapore - January 29, 2018
Standard corporate work life with typical management style and issues. Huge organization all over the world so it is hard to get the overall picture in a short span of time, and when you're being sent to client's side.

Classy and modern workplace
ADMIN AND FINANCE OFFICER (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 22, 2018
Typical day at work - Busy.
What I learned - A lot of new things.
Management - Fair and abides the law. There are also some politics in every department.
Workplace culture - Employees are all competitive.
Hardest part of the job - Working 24/7 and social life is lesser.
Enjoyable part of the job - Learning new things, meeting different types of people and deploying the system/finishing the project.
Pros
Good salary
Cons
Long working hours

Software Product Architect(Associate Manager) (Current Employee) - Software Product Architect(Associate Manager) - August 17, 2017
Daily work is busy and you can learn many cutting edge technologies.
Services department not as good as consultant , No AWS, only variable bonus.
Your performance is judged by your manager, and there is no standard to judge and no way to argue.
