A typical day at work would need you to clock in and report to senior staff and they would brief you on what I need to complete for the day. Given two to three co-workers (sometimes more, depending on the day's work) to help with the tasks. Workplace culture is respectful to their peers, fun and productive each day. The hardest part of the job is handling the sale period, more stocks would drive in extra hours of work in stocking and presenting the apparels. The most enjoyable part of the work is, on an everyday basis everyone looks forward to having a good attitude towards the customers and co-workers that helps to set a favourable working environment.
3 years retail experience in Adidas Singapore, I have learn a lot products knowledge, back office paperwork, learn how to promote and give customer a friendly and impressive service. Besides of that, i also learn about leadership of guiding new in staff. The hardest part of job is dealing with ignorant customers.
Benefits of medical and sponsor staff with a wide range of amenities
Workload as a Adidas staff is not reflected in the pay
I am currently privileged to work with Adidas. The brand and all it stands for (healthy sporty lifestyle, work life balance, sustainability, environment responsibility, brand leadership, collaboration) is really evident in the work place and I would be honoured to work for them as long as I could. From an operations to an executive role, Adidas truly provides an opportunity for employees to grow within the Company and invests greatly in human resources in terms of training, exposure to different roles or even markets. It truly feels gratifying that at the end of everyday, one feels very proud in his or her contribution however big or small his or her role is having to witness the impact that can be seen in society, which is why I will always wear the brand with pride.
builds human resources, promotes healthy and balanced lifestyle, at the forefront of brand leadership, contributes to social awareness and environment sustainability

Review of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Retail functions. To cope with very stringent timelines for month-end reporting. Fun loving management and co-workers.
Free products to staff
Stringent reporting timelines
Working as a part time retail associate can be challenging, as the team has to take my studies schedule into consideration when planning for the work schedule on the following month. However, the team were very kind and always accommodated to my request. Lots of knowledge gained while working in Adidas as well, knowing what is good and useful for the right circumstances, and understanding the different technologies incorporated in the sports equipment and apparels.
Easy going bunch of colleagues and helpful store managers
pay could be a little higher
Quite offend additional work are adding in my scope which require good time management skills to handle. Hardest part arrange delivery for products which have sensitive launch date as warehouse capacity is limited and yet most customer expect to receive their stock almost the same time. Most enjoyable part is the cohesiveness and willingness of the different department working together.
