Workload is too much but manpower is very low. Salary is quite decent. If you are family guy, better avoid this company. You could learn a lot of things because engineers here almost do everything!

No proper job scope

No team work, no proper management, stress working life, no proper training, unexperience top management. Might need to do non value added work, sometime have to do work that not related to you. No co-operation between other departments.

Typical SME

Those who can perform will be squeezed dry to the last drop. Work-life balance for this group of folks is almost zero. Workload imbalance among the same cohort. Basic pay isn't benchmark to standard. Bonus can be good if perceived to be performing.

It a great company with variety type of people all around the world creating family environment even with all pressure and stress to meet deadline. Management easy to access for help or doubt. The most enjoyable part working here is even with all the pressure, the management and all staff still can have time to bonding by creating event from time to time so all employee can communicate and get closed without talking about work all the time.
