Employees are focused on their jobs.

I learnt to be more opinionated and patient.

Standard office politics but do not partake.

My department has many soft-spoken people so I had to take initiative in getting to know them.

Most of us work 9 - 6 but most of the time we continue working addition 15 minutes or so.

I enjoy watching colleagues
