One of the worst companies you can possibly work for
Auxiliary Police Officer (Former Employee) - Woodlands - May 10, 2023
Typical day of an APO is reporting for work around 1/2 hour before your 12 hours shift starts to draw arms. End of shift, wait 1/2 to 1 hour to return arms as there're tons of others returning too. So you'll spend 13.5-14h daily on work though officially it's 12h. This leaves you with at most 11h(if im being very generous of arms drawing and returning being 1h only). Take the 'monthly basic salary' divide by total hours worked that month, and you'll find it's below or at most on par with average part time per hour jobs.Not a negative person but left Aetos for more than 5 years and everytime I think about them, much more negatives than positives come to my mind.I'll spend many more years telling people about the truth of the company. I'd rather be unemployed than join Aetos.

Long hr, good for save money, many drama

Long hr working and fight for OT, but if u request normal relief go home one month one time u will face problem with ur TL. many drama inside this company. Good for after graduation come save money, coz u got no time to spend. But really hv better job outside.

Long working hours, management who doesn’t care about ground men.High ranking officer does not value ground men opinion, hardworking officer are not appreciated

Good Salary
Long hours, no life balance, but good salary and is always on time. OT is a choice but is a must. Either you choose money or choose time. Must endure 12hrs
