Long working hours, management who doesn’t care about ground men.High ranking officer does not value ground men opinion, hardworking officer are not appreciated

Super long hours but high salary. Good if you have no commitments as they have incentives & allowances for OT. Politics is very high which expected. Don't see your capabilities because they're busy acknowledging those who angkat

Long hr, good for save money, many drama

Long hr working and fight for OT, but if u request normal relief go home one month one time u will face problem with ur TL. many drama inside this company. Good for after graduation come save money, coz u got no time to spend. But really hv better job outside.
