long working hours and hardly have off days to accompany with your loves one
auxiliary police officer (Current Employee) - singapore - December 1, 2017
Having suffered from long working hours and did manage to handle the job efficiently, not recommended for those who wish to be with family as this job will not provide you much time for your loves one .Besides , promising the employees work for 4days work 2 days off but end up it comes with 5days work and 1 day off which is tiring for the workers .
Moreover, leave approval was suck enough as you had really work for the company for most of the time and hardly able to travel back to hometown but it still cant seek for the approve from the company
Pros
high salary
Cons
long working hours and leave approval sucks

Auxiliary Police Officer (Former Employee) - Woodlands Checkpoint - August 22, 2017
A daily 12 hours shift. Always do OT of another 12 hours shift when shortage of manpower.
Working in the checkpoint. Always practice 100% of alertness and vigilance.
Management wasn't that bad.
I do enjoy my job as I gained a lot of different experience.
Pros
Extra allowance

Protection Officer (Current Employee) - Jurong Island - July 6, 2017
Its not a good idea to join Aetos as a Protection Officer especially when you're deployed to Jurong Island. Too many conflicts, complaints, incidents happen, unfair workmates/cliques & yes including the managements. Working for long hours, not having enough rest and only get 1 day off. No single time to enjoy ownself time & with family members. Everything is unfair.
Cons
Long hours
