A super good place to work at. There was no boss but only leader and teammate who will guide and walk with you to achieve the team's goal.Benefits were good too. Good healthcare plan, plenty of annual leave days, and a huge pantry for you to chill out.

Customer Support Specialist

handle calls from customers and hotels while maintaining KPIs such as touchpoints per hour, NPS, CSAT, etc. Help callers with booking amendments, hotel information, and anything related to an agoda booking.
