good place with autonomy , many changes taking place sometimes all at one gosome departments are outsourced to BSC which actually cause more problems

Internal mobility
Good increment and internal mobility is encouraged and promoted. Good and friendly colleagues who willing to help each other. But the location is too isolated at tuas and no convenient access to food.

The management have been very supportive of all lvl of workers. Even contract staff and sub contractors.Late work benefits given, training provided. I ve been in the company at micron woodlands. They have stand by me abd supported me well.
