The job culture is good but the salary is not on the high end. Most of the employees in Airbnb is known to have a lower pay. However, the work life balance is very much appreciated as there's always time for family and friends

Words can describe how happy I go to work everyday. Airbnb is the place for me to grow and learn. I love Airbnb! The benefits and welfare is just top notch, I do not see any company competing with Airbnb in terms of employee benefits.
