La gente del turno nocturno, y el turno C no lo recomiendo a menos que se te de bien concentrarte bajo la platica, ruido y desorden de los compañeros. El turno de la mañana si merece mas 3.5 estrellas, es mas llevadero, los jefes a cargo son muy simpáticos, comprensivos, aunque a veces malhumorados, llevados, y te lanzan indirectas, fuera de eso, buena empresa, el turno se hace llevadero gracias a la gente de ahi, como todos tienen buenos y malos dias, a veces te trataran bien y otras mal pero muy agradables personas. Punto aparte, recomiendo llevar un celular con tu ship aparte SOLO PARA TRABAJO en esta empresa. Se porque te lo digo, saludos besos y ojala pases una experiencia llevadera en el turno al que decidas entrar. Abrazos y mucha suerte. Ah y SI LO VEN LOS JEFES EL TURNO C Y EL TURNO NOCTURNO ACOSTUMBRA PONER BOCINAS A 10 CM DE ALGUNAS PERSONAS A TODO VOLUMEN. Gracias a eso perdi bastante audicion, ojala cambien eso, es una gran empresa y merece que los empleados se puedan quedar en ella sin ningun disgusto.

Align es un buen pagador, pero un mal empleador.

Align es una empresa sólida, estable y en donde la remuneración es bastante buena (salario en el percentil 50 aprox, buen paquete de beneficios y subvenciones), sin embargo no por ello puede evaluarse como un buen patrono. Lamentablemente aunque el ambiente laboral es bueno entre pares, no se percibe un sentido de justicia o un liderazgo de crecimiento entre sus supervisores, managers y directores en Costa Rica. No fomentan el crecimiento y no valoran tus "Extra miles" y aún menos tus aportes extra curriculares. Tienen un path de crecimiento claro únicamente para puestos productivos, sin embargo en puestos administrativos, de servicio o de soporte no tienen nada que permita tener una ruta de crecimiento profesional clara. Y Lamentablemente tener voz en estos temas, implica ser negativamente asociado a problemas, cuando en realidad se procura crecer.En fin, sigue siendo una gran empresa, un gran pagador pero un pobre empleador, aunque su GPTW diga lo contrario.

Pros

Seguros Médico, Seguro de Vida, Subvención Alimenticia, Buen Pagador, Remuneración superior o dentro del 50% alto del mercado, Estabilidad

Cons

No hay path de crecimiento para puestos administrativos o de soporte, No hay justicia entre el meritazgo y las bonificicaciones, No hay valoración correcta y justa de los aportes extracurriculares de los colaboradores, Permiten que Managers y Directores obstruyan el crecimiento o no lo fomenten

Bad management, and good team to work.

The team members are good and energetic to help each other. But higher management has trust issues, and no good planning. Always in a hurry to release and don't care how stressful team is facing and quality of the product. Also senior management has so much trust issues. Even if the team member is sick, we need to submit medical certificate, access tracking is done, no proper HR system to resolve the issues. No action plan on to reduce the attrition.
