Higher Management does not care about PTs, only sales is what they are after. They will not assist PT in terms of having PT journal (mind you, they gave me a piece of paper and call it a PT journal... The gym environment fits my interest. a typical day would be to interact with other lifters and make sure all is good. learned a lot from speaking to regulars. the hardest part would be the working hours.
