Great manager and colleagues but certain requirements for sales are rubbish
I learnt how to do data entry and finding potential prospects, the work culture is alright except for the area manager’s expectations. However it was fun working there and the manager and colleagues were great

Literally nothing positive to say.
I Wish I could add something positive about this position. I wasted all my time doing fitness consulting, and at the end people would leave because they couldn’t afford it. Management did not train me at all. It was a disaster, wasted my whole morning waiting for someone to show up so I could log into the portal to see my client cancelled. Good and fun Colleagues, Very bad higher management.
Higher Management does not care about PTs, only sales is what they are after. They will not assist PT in terms of having PT journal (mind you, they gave me a piece of paper and call it a PT journal... Fun place to work at
The gym environment fits my interest. a typical day would be to interact with other lifters and make sure all is good. learned a lot from speaking to regulars. the hardest part would be the working hours.
