Good learning and work promotion opportunity but not quite given good choices.I had a good chance to learn a lot about People with Dementia but most of my learning was made easy bec of my passion to acquire further knowledge, plus my broad clinical background. However, I just feel that it's time to move forward.

Overall work experienceColleagues and residents are the motivators at work. Workload is filled to the brim each day with countless of pointless meetings. Management does not have clear direction which leaves staff striving aimlessly whenever a new vision appears. Without the help of supportive colleagues, it is hard to work there.

Poor leadership, heavy workload, toxic workplaceCEO ruled with an authoritarian style without providing a platform for dialogue. Staff well-being is but a lip service and not practised. CEO's understanding of staff welfare is more work and enhanced career progress- which means attending courses and working harder. Work life balance is nil. The heavy workload indicates overtime is normalised by staff who just started working and think it's normal. High burn out rate as there is always more jobs added on top of one's job description. High turn over rate. Meagre increment even with increased effort and unpaid overtime. Long meeting hours which interrupts work flow. Extremely poor leadership and management. Lots of paper work to satisfy and hit unrealistic organisational vision and key performance index. No dialogue platform means that CEO is not open to communication, conversations and does not acknowledge the burn out level and staff dissatisfaction.
