Great workplace and colleagues

Colleagues are fun to work with, and there's great benefits being offered to employees. Only disadvantage would be the shift work needed being a retail job. Overall a pleasant experience and great for anyone looking at a career in customer service.

Perusahaan yg culturenya sangat bagus

Great place to work. The culture is great with colleagues are nice and the direction is very clear from the leaders. The place where u can be proud of your work and there is appreciation there.

No discrimination

Treated fairly and was given same benefits as any other employee at apple despite being a janitor. was also given 20 days paid leave and a yearly salary of 50k which is above avg for janitors. Though, I had to go through 7 rounds of interview to get the job and a simulated cleaning exam that was done via their new apple pro vision AR headset. besides that there are also 3 layers of assessment to judge how well you know your materials and what you will be using when doing your cleaning routines. i was also asked to share pictures of my house toilet on the basis of if you cant keep your house clean how can you keep a company toilet clean. Too much to go through for such a trivial role but pays significantly higher than any other company for janitor and for 50k a year you cant complain as the job I do understand is one with a significant amount of demand. though, once you get the job this is the best company to work for, cheers!

Great and positive work environment

Enlightened and genuine leadership makes this a great place to work in. Positive support from colleagues who always have your back! Great pay scale especially for the younger staff who want to progress in their careers.

Reasonable workplace

Pros:- Above average remuneration package for retail workers- Good benefits (Healthcare and Insurance)- Relatively flat structure in RetailCons:- Inconsistent work schedule- Leaves are first-come, first-serve; old-timers with way more leaves will always take it during peak periods- Retail environment

Best Employee experience

It was a pleasure working for Apple. There are a lot of take aways such as team work, lessons on diversity and leadership trainings. Sadly I have to leave to pursue my other endeavours

Micromanagement call center

It seemed that there was a new rule everyday, the management was horrible. Rude managers and rude customers. Our work depended on surveys, there are some people that you just can’t please and if they have a bad review then your work would be effected even if you helped them to the best of your ability.

Good benefits but not so flexible at work given the job nature. The employee has to strictly follow the procedures and system requirements. 100% work from home though.

Relax and fun with colleauges

The job is kind of relax and very repeative work so need to do speedly. Apple canteen have many choices and nice. Apple benefit also better than market practice

I met many friendly people from different countries, and I had the opportunity to transfer my non-technical skills to a Tech company that values diversity and focuses on users.

limited review

I can’t give a lot of specific details as I still work there, but… Overworked is an understatement for chat support. Phone support is fine. Good benefits, first level management is great, anything above that is very disconnected with customer facing rolls and it shows pretty blatantly in the changes they make and how they treat their employees.

working from home is great

When working from home your schedule is etched in steel - no variances. When you're on the job there is no expectation of privacy - management can see and hear everything you do. As long as you keep that in mind - you're ok.On the positive side, if you love helping people, this is the job for you. No call script (a big plus for me). At the end of the day, I felt like I made a big difference.

Horrible work culture

Toxic work culture of forming cliques and lots of gossiping. Stressful workplace and employee is expected to participate with significant side projects or you will be sideline.
