Great starting ground, but maybe not for long term

With a festival almost every other month, there's lots to learn so be mentally prepared to hit the ground running. You'll be expected to be take ownership of what you do with inputs from various departments, so being able to work independently AND with teamwork is a must. Organisation structure is quite flat so you'll have many opportunities to meet and work with the CEO directly. The HR team is a little small for a mid-sized company, so welfare and career progression might be overlooked. They're nice people though, so don't be afraid to sound out your expectations. Company's direction is still a little fluid, but if you like taking an active role in shaping the company's future, this could be exactly your cup of tea.
