Someone new joined the department and that person was not competent enough to managed any of the project. There is no one there to assist as everyone else is occupied. Management does not take feedback seriously as they have already been told of the person lack of experience and to restart the re-hiring process to lessen the burden of the current team members.

Nice workplace to work

I learn a lot and I developed my special skills here especially my expertise in MEP combined service design during my coordination or work shop to other parties/consultant/contractor or client. Our CSD team has good relationship we are very closed like brothers & sister if we have birthday celebrant within our team we always celebrate outside and we are doing these since I joined the company. People are very nice and I enjoyed my working at Arup .Good management and fair to everybody and our office is a multi culture staff.

Working as an Inspector is fun and knoledgeable

Arup is a company act as a consultant and we work as a contract basis. Management don't really give you working support and educational support. They required you to work toward and till contract end.

They don't provide you anything beside safety matters

Working not too long and if there is OT the chief will give to those he like more

A very nice environment to work in

The management is good and very supportive on work-life balance. They send employees for courses to keep upgrading. We had morning tea on every first of the month to share on what progress the company has made. A very good environment with nice culture.
