Colleagues are nice. Fast paced workplace, job environment quite okay, job effectiveness in the company mismatch with personal expectation. Desktop given is too old and troublesome, no in house IT department.

My direct superior takes good care of its team and is responsive to ideas provided by the team. The overall communications with the team is close knitted and he is open to ideas in regards to business development.

Lots to learn but lacks employee care

There is a lot that you can learn from working here. There discrimination among asian vs non-asian, even though everybody denies it. Also, I am disappointed to say that there are some managers who have preferential treatment towards men. Women and Asians are expected to work harder, and are sometimes disrecpected. If you have a problem and report it to HR or upper management, nothing is done about it.
