Weak leadership & resource planning

Management limit leave taking because of high turnover. Demand outputs due to commitment even unstable process, focusing only on their own objectives, weak quality system frequent reworks & rejects. Words given at the start, changes afterwards

Joined and resigned after a month in the company. Lots of reverse engineering and firefighting due to requirements and planning not properly done. Management should look into the number of headcounts to improve work-life balance.

Poor Workplace Culture

No real progression. Management expects you to contribute endlessly, putting profit over the well being of the staff. Serious incident reported to HR was being disregarded with no action taken. Very high turnover rate due to poor management, HR & communication. Good workers that worked hard are not valued, but only managers.
