Its just like any other consultant in Singapore who place you at their Client place and does not bother about you after that. They stick to Terms and Conditions inside the contract. No Over time, no Travel allowance etc.

HR manager is very friendly and extremely helpful and work very ethically and maintain standard based on government law. Also, recruiter manager also helps you in more detail about the job role before you go to the client interview.
