Best training ground to train as SPED teachers

What is the best part of working at the company?Good circle of team members in departmental work. AWWA is a good training ground for those who are new in SPED teaching., Teachers are hard core SPED educatorsWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Thinking of the SMART goals for teachers and teachers assistance are definitely stressful indeedWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Too many grouping among colleagues though everyone is good to one anotherWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Starting the day w class lesson and could be fun if beginning start off with Housecraft lesson or Art.

Best part of the job, you can learn from your colleagues & you will grow to love the work you do with the students, never a dull day.Worst part of the job, a management that cannot support the teaching staffs & 'white-washing' incompetent leaders that will only continue to be the reason for good capable people leaving the school, affecting the students unfortunately.
