Great TOP & Middle management. All are respecting each other even ordinary workers are valued. Company see to it that all must have get together even once or twice a year by organising Sportfest & do commuting work such as beach cleaning or participate in any government drive activities.

Good place to work with

As working for six months with Baker I find it productive and good place to work. I am very thankful that I had an opportunity working with a very special project liftboat. It was kind of challenging but it was fun.

This is good company but don’t have new projects

Company top management very good but need to change some trade people because they’re don’t understand the working procedure lack of knowledge like illiterate
