Good work life balance.Legacy technology. Good company for settle down.Nice cafeteria. Nice leave policy.Less salary compensation compared competitor companies.They won’t provide insurance for parents if you want need to purchase by paying.

Good place to spend the rest of your life

Good company with lot of benefits and good work like balance . Lot of internal training are available , can utilise those . Slow growth and promotion takes time .

Encourage diversity.Turnover is high.They're constantly streamlining the business (cutting jobs).

I enjoyed my time there while I was working under a manager that came in from an acquisition of another company. The longer my department was part of Bank of America, the worse conditions got. Lots of red tape to do any kinds of new technology or changes. In the end, it was hard to do anything. The encourage diversity. There is counseling for stressed people. Their HR system works well. Benefits reasonable. Turnover is high. They are constantly streamlining the business (eliminating jobs).

Pros

Good Software development Life Cycle. Good annual training system.

Cons

Benefits are minimum they can get away with, Promotions are rare, Annual Reviews are skewed so people get lower scores than they feel they deserve.

Solid Job Security

It's a big bank so you don't need to worry about your job. Solid benefits. Hard to get promoted or get raises to keep up with inflation. Technology is behind other banks.

Overall a good experience

Good Salary, work life balance is good, extra perks are provided, job security is more, trust worthy company, team outings, on-time payments. Few projects with latest techologies.

Work life balance is good good services like free Cab ,Sodexo ,Medical Insurance,and some other employee benefit as well. Job Security is high Work environment is so cool only for few team technology has not been upgraded Overall a great working experience in Bank of America

Nice work life balance but relatively low learning to start the career. A nice place to learn team management and business processing. To learn technology frequently you need to do a self initiative.

Productive and career focused Company

The day starts with the meetings and discussion on the work for the day. Learned management skills and other technical skills by attending many programs. Appraisal was done fairly and hikes were more than what we expect. Had work life balance. Work while you work and apart from work had fun days as well like tournaments and other team building fun activities.

Fairly decent level of stress

Bank of America was a decent place to work. Outsources too much though; this keeps institutional knowledge lower than it should be. Bonus system is not able to motive developers enough in my opinion.

Excellent work place culture with lot of learning scope and employee friendly relationship and the most enjoyable part is holiday and we are availing with 36 days of privilege leave

Requires a lot of energy - this is why they pay pretty well. You can do support sometimes - and this is 24x7.
