Good benefits

Backward system and there are a lot of “old staffs” who are waiting for retirement. Depending on which function you are in, there may not be a lot of chances to optimize processes and to drive changes. Some functions are ok with status quo.

Management is not that fantastic. Reluctant to embrace changes. System are backwards.

It is the only place that does not really sincerely promote executive driven values. Also, the smallest in the food chain does the real work for long hours. Do not join as a bottom feeder. Join mid level.

Fun Workplace

My team was the most supportive and competitive team. Management is very good. In terms of benefits and over all package, it was pretty much the same. However, for non-local like me, we get to have a CPF-In-Lieu which is added on top of your base pay.

Extremely insensitive work culture

Remote support, fun and motivating culture

Fun and motivating place to be. Communication by management is clear and constant which is good. Work is recognised. Learning is encouraged and resources to learn are aplenty. However, I was remotely supporting the business in the US, hence not very clear of the business processes. Due to the nature of the role, not exposed to the business side of things. Not involved in the decision making of the technical aspects as well.
