The most useful review selected by IndeedI was a intern at the functional department (Supply Chain & IT). BASF is a great company with advanced IT infrastructure, but enacting change and performance improvement is difficult due to many layers of reporting.

Fun, Competitive and a great learning experience

I loved my internship at BASF. My supervisors and coworkers were really friendly and easy to get along with, the work was challenging but rewarding and the experience was like none other.
Pros
Can take breaks whenever as long as you worked hard
Cons
Sometimes had to take my work home with me
