Protect senior managers

Office Assistant

I do really enjoy to work with this company of Monsanto. I work under 8 secretaries with around 5 different expatriate directors for doing typing out, photocopies as they request and to chase the courier to be send the documents. The odd is that make me disappointed the human resource never pay overtime.

Perfect Job to launch an international career

Bayer Healthcare is the second biggest pharmaceutical company in the world. There sales in South east Asia represent 9.1 Billion of Euros. When I was working there, I used to take care of a brand portfolio in South East Asia, including Australia and New Zealand. A Typical day at work, was mostly to help the strategy and consumer excellence Head of Asia Pacific: Market research, New products development portfolio, Organizing and preparing meetings, Strategy creation, Contacting advertising partners. This job teach me how to deal with a multitude of countries (15), to work cohesively with different nationalities, and have a global mindset. It learn me more things than I expected, in communication, management, professional behavior, business relationship. My team was composed of 9 different nationalities, friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working. The hardest part of my job was to manage by distance some Asian countries, and to get them involved in the new strategy and future plans of the brands. Each countries have a different culture, mindset, customers, budget, manufactures and economic development. All of these differences make the job difficult, but at the same time challenging, which I appreciate.
