Work life balance and opportunity for growth

Good leadership and career blue print. Fun and creative team with support from managers. Able to involve in operations as well as projects. There are also many activities other then work example the running club, zumba, yoga and tennis.

Enjoyable environment Fun workplace

This company is fair to everyone regardless full time or part. Its more like a family than working in a random company. Makes me feel happy and willing to commit more with this family. Its e best place I've ever work with. The best!!👍

Supportive management

Management are very supportive when it comes to your career advancement. HR will also step in to assist if there are conflict among team members. Always have festive meals delivered to home due to covid right now to support family time.

Good benefits

Good benefits & salary but different departments at time different treatments depending on the boss you work for. Good prospect if one always upgrade. Really waste of time doing the Kaizen

This is the best company for which I worked.

To me, if it is possible, I wish I can work in BD till my retirement.Salary may not meet your expectations, workload could be heavy, but there are many benefits and have lots of special events which is fun and most of all, it's like being in a big family. As everyone is so friendly and cooperative, maybe not all of them, but you can simply go to any department to seek for help, and you'll always be greeted by someone who is friendly and either have your problem solved or obtained the contact or name of the right person of contact.

Very good and fleeing blessed to have worked with BD

I had a very good experience working in BD. actually i was a fresher and didnt have enough working knowledge while i was interviewed, but BD gave me an opportunity to show my talent and prove myself. It was such a positive workplace and the training they provided was really perfect!

Very goal & target oriented. Always given stretch target to achieve. No work life balance. Often have night and morning calls

- Besides your routine work, there is always lots of initiative from leadership you need to be involved and action items to work on. - There are courses provided. - Management are resulted oriented. No micro manage and able to work independently - Very network oriented as well as task oriented. - Resource constraint. Stretch target to achieve, fast pace. - If you able to find like minded colleagues to be together.

Good learning opportunities. Very good mentor-ship following the VP, Program leaders to tag on the different leadership style. Culture in BD is very diverse

typical day at work boring nothing much to learn same old same old for the past 3 years, after 3 years there only 2 product on the line. product is not stable lots of issues.

Production Environtment

This company more to production experience in Operator skills only. Nothing much to explore as you have limited career advancement. Looking for more skill learning and must go to different work place to emplore more about Operator working life.

Not much interaction

Working at the Asia Pacific office did not gave me much opportunity to interact with other people within the office since I am from the SEA team. Management is alright. Hardest part is communicating with co workers.

Very good company to work with

Worked as Logistics Co-ordinator Planning and executing export shipments using SAP system Preparation of documents – invoice, packing list, BL confirmation etc and submission of documents within the specified time. Goods receipt/Goods Issue in SAP system. Liaising and Co-ordination with forwarders/customers for booking of containers/vessel and submission of documents etc Learned : Got hands on experience in SAP system
