Staff Welfare & Job Security need to be improve

Need have more lively atmosphere when working. I've learned more software that will useful on preparing drawing submission and presentation thru online training. Co workers are so quite, too focus on their own work. Most enjoyable part is when group of our co workers are doing effort to have make activities that will make each staffs connects and talk to each other.

Consulting job is a dying job. Project fee are very low due to competition, but the expectation and commitment required are 24/7 standby

A good job if you like to learn technical stuff. You must be willing to ask stupid question and accept criticism . The more you get scolded the greater your technical knowledge. Do not expect increment nor bonus. The higher the expectation, the higher the disappointment Slow career advancement, no external training provided (zero certification)
