Can come in early and go off early. Automation test is introduced and lab simulation is created to simulate real train environment. Colleagues are informative and engineering knowledge are transferred well Hardest part is the schedule of project where there are high and low season. Require to rush our product when high season and require to work mid-night during off revenue engineering hours. Learn alot of automation testing and use professional tools in the market or developed in house. The tools are essential for creating automation test and create simulation model.

It is a good place to start your career but you feel stuck after 2-3 years. Come, learn and leave. some of the coworkers are really nice people.. Too Canada Centric mindset
