Open Concept Workplace

Nice view of the office and great colleagues to work with! We had weekly meeting via video call and we are not allowed to go out on business trip or invite anyone into our office. All internal roles are eligible to general public and you will have to go through the same process as they did. Many employees will constantlyapply the same role for years. I would say your success in this job really depends on your manager's support and their management skills and its a good company if you are a fresh graduate. You will need to adapt in any situation because if you want to get noticed, you will need to work yourself up.

Pros

Free lunch, quarterly bonus, internal gathering

Cons

Healthcare, workload and long hours

Great place to learn but bad organization culture

completing daily task but there are many things that beyond human control yet the management penalize it on employee. Benefit used to be great but as time goes by the benefit, reduced.

Great place if you want to travel and just to have a job

If you are in local support offices, there is very little room for you to grow. You need to be at head office since this is where all the interesting things are happening. If you are in local support offices (as much as they claim to be a Dutch company), you have to put up with favouritism and nepotism. There is nothing Dutch about here in APAC.

Pros

Free lunches, Free trip to Amsterdam, Travel benefit

Cons

Very little room for you to grow, Nepotism, Favouritism

Pros

Free lunch; target driven

Cons
