Excellent benefits but highly political

The welfare of the staff is very well taken care of with excellent health benefits. However the company lacks a clear direction due to petty politics and personal own agendas. There is very minimal job progression or development, unless one is of the same faction.

Cash rich company and growing

Borouge is a an interesting company to work for, technology is run by the JV partner (Borealis) but culture is mainly driven by Abu Dhabi. The company is growing given the investments done by the parent company; technical processes are in place but managing the talent and employees really needs a lot of improvement.

always busy especially the begining and end of the month. one has to learn to multitask as there are orders and shipment to keep track. Enjoy working with internal dept.
