Learning customer service.

I can say that in this job I learned a lot of things. I learned to be independent, committed and I also learn multi tasking here. In this job, we merely focus in Customer Service itself. But for me, it's somehow different, I was promoted as a supervisor here in Breadtalk, I am in charge of doing the monthly schedule, inventory and ordering of our daily stocks. It's quite hard but very challenging.

Dynamic place

Breadtalk is a dynamic place for work, there are a lot of continuous movements inside the shop while on duty. I can say that it is challenging, indeed.
