Good organization to work! No major complaints.
Executive Project Manager (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 4, 2020
This organization takes care of its employees well. No major issues. Like everywhere, people who impress bosses go higher. I was appreciated for good performance but no effort to promote me. That was the main reason why I resigned.

Dynamic Environment
Technical Executive (Current Employee) - Singapore - October 13, 2019
Generally a good company to work in.
Quite a dynamic environment, considering that BCA is a Regulatory Technical Authority with a need to be at the forefront to lead, and has to advance and move alongside fast with the ever-changing industry.

Good work-life balance and benefits
Communications Associate (Current Employee) - Jurong East - March 3, 2017
Day starts with media monitoring and getting social media updates on Facebook and Youtube pages. There are many aspects to learn from being a Corporate Communications Officer. One includes knowing how to understand the technical aspects of the built environment sector and translating it to layman terms for the public to understand. This will help reporters in their stories. Another lesson is on updating of website through the use of htmls and javascripts.
The job helps one to be exposed to different areas of the work such as publications, corporate brochures, corporate videos, social media and many more. In all, it was a good environment to learn more about the different types of communication in the media industry.
