long, initially said each day are 10 hours , 1 hour of break but there are no breaks for managers. So in the end work 11 hours. The accumulated off in lieu are discarded each year without approval by the management.
The working hours is fine, it's just that during weekends I do not have time to eat at all for the 9-10hours of the shift. When doing opening shift on weekend as well, I have to stay back to help the operation because it was busy but no OT provided.
