I would add more crews for the retail branches and reduced workforce ib management areas.
First, treat all people with respect. Listen to my customers and staff. I would change what is complicating the work force to have a better experience for all who enter my BK. Too many people with high authority take advantage of their positions. There would be equality and understanding under my supervision.
