The most useful review selected by Indeedi had a great work experience and still am in contact with some of my colleagues and bosses and i enjoyed my time there. it was a period of time where income wasn’t important to me and i could afford to work despite the low pay

Working for 24 hours considered too much but they will ask to work 48 hours sometimes

Force to work for long hours, yes manager can work without extra pay but need rest within 48 hours, cannot work without going home and rest. Cannot take off.

Worst place to work

Management sucks which lead to bias among foreigner and Singaporean. Their offer is regarding whether you are local or foreigner, local tend to get more benefits. Example, local get 1 month bonus and foreigner only get $4o bonus on casual labour. Long working hours, no break, everyday have to work 11 hours plus no overtime pay. When they said about giving additional allowance, only some of the workers have and the others don't. As the management on HR treats everyone different which leads to disappointment on worker. Long working hours lead to exhaust and in the end poor customer satisfaction.

Stressful but enjoyable 2 years

The good things:
Meeting overseas colleagues at work.
Cleaning the stores with colleagues.
Life advice from senior managers and colleagues.
Conversing with regular customers.
Challenging myself to beat the speed of service target which was 2:45 minutes!
Learning about the workload of my managers, assistant managers, restaurant managers as well as business managers.
The challenges:
During my 2 years in this company, I've only received a salary increment twice.
There were no benefits for working with this company.
In future, the company should care for their foreign crew. For example, they could take note of the distance that they live from the workplace. The company could give allowance for their gas.
The company could also come up with initiatives to make the crew's working environment better. For example, a crew bonding session.

Leadership and flexible

leadership is important because you are the model of the team and you should know the different type of attitude of your staff.And you need to teach all the needed in the company.And I'm a flexible because i'm doing my job frequently and i'm ensure that I finished my work before he deadline.

You can work with your friends. Flexible hours. Have fun while working. Very friendly people to be around with. It can be hard sometimes but we all learn together. Overall a great work experience.

Fun working environment

Everyday the workplace will be very busy and due to shortage of crew i was needed to extend my timing. I learn to be fast and be clean at the same time . Basically be more efficient than the others to have a good and clean working environment . The management there is still fine for me except for the scheduling wise. My co-workers are all good and i am bonded with them well at work . The hardest part of the job is after i have to extend my hours sometimes i have to do the pre-closing which will lead to going home late . Having to interact with different types of people in work due to that i can communicate a bit of mandarin.

i love doing things fast , im happy when there's alot of orders . i love typing , when i finish sending 1 order i need to key in the order number , its very fun , my co-workers are fun too , most of them are malay , i can communicate in malay very well , its the most fun job i have ever worked at .
