Terrible work culture, exporting all the worst traits of Chinese companies, most leaders can't string together a proper sentence in English, finger pointing culture, top down culture, no room for growth, their way or the highway, hire non Chinese staff and force them to accommodate to the Chinese way of working and belittle those don't. Forcing people to quit with unrealistic goals and workload. Terrible place to work for, extremely bad on mental health.

Fast learning opportunity and Terrible WLB

The Good+ Learning opportunities+ Huge scope and access to important work regardless of level. You get full ownership of what you work on.+ All new technologies and tools, rare to see legacy systems.The Bad and the ugly- Stressful, heavy workload, and highly performance-driven. Basically, forget about WLB, your work is your life.- Lack of long-term planning. Expect to see short-sighted and quick-win focused decision making, which leads to often change of directions, scopes, or even re-orgs. Basically, management lacks experience and vision.- No clear career growth opportunity, you are expected to work on your own growth (by doing work)- Lack of proper engineering practices and processes. Speed of delivery is everything, which leads to doo-doo mountain codebases that no one dares to touch, often broken systems, heavy on-call duties.

Fast Paced Environment but Not good for growth

Lots of things to learn. There is no unhealthy competition among team members. But no clear direction for growing yourself for the next level. Lots of documents are in Chinese but translation works well 90% of the times. WLB was not that bad in my team.

No clear direction for growth, Sometimes it feels like the managers are just doing random things without any clear goals in mind.

Aggressive expansion with great opportunities

A pretty good environment to learn how social media works and how company monetise its product. People are generally open to ideas and plenty of areas to venture in different departments
