Terrible work culture, exporting all the worst traits of Chinese companies, most leaders can't string together a proper sentence in English, finger pointing culture, top down culture, no room for growth, their way or the highway, hire non Chinese staff and force them to accommodate to the Chinese way of working and belittle those don't. Forcing people to quit with unrealistic goals and workload. Terrible place to work for, extremely bad on mental health.

Tech company but poor systems

Lack of proper systems. A lot of manual tracking. Documents and reporting are in Chinese despite globalisation. Manage upwards instead of doing work.

Stressful but rewarding

The work is fast-paced and gets stressful sometimes. You get to learn a lot though. Fast-paced work can also mean an over-emphasis on speed rather than quality.
