Terrible Team Leaders. BIASED at it's finest.

Wont recommend anyone to work here esp at the MAIN call centre department team.. The Team Leaders are Super biased and the Old Timers there will take advantage of you because u are new. Very bad experience with C&W DSTA IFM project..no adequate training for fresh employees and the stand in FOM is useless..pushes all his responsibilities to the TO(s) on site.
